Job Summary

The Junior Activation Associate will support the planning, coordination, and execution of brand activations, events, and campaigns. The role ensures seamless implementation of activation strategies to drive brand visibility, customer engagement, and sales growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in the planning and execution of activation activities, events, and promotional campaigns.
  • Coordinate with internal teams, vendors, and partners to ensure timely delivery of activation requirements.
  • Monitor on-ground activation activities, ensuring brand standards and guidelines are followed.
  • Support in preparing activation reports, including performance metrics, customer feedback, and ROI analysis.
  • Manage activation inventories such as marketing collaterals, kits, and event supplies.
  • Assist in budget tracking, documentation, and compliance with company policies.
  • Conduct research on market trends and competitor activities to support activation planning.
  • Perform other related tasks as may be assigned by the Activation Manager.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
  • 1–2 years of experience in brand activation, events management, marketing, or sales support (fresh graduates with internship experience may be considered).
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Willingness to travel and work flexible hours, including weekends for events.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiarity with project management tools is an advantage.
