Job Overview:

The CRD Associate for Post Review plays a critical role in ensuring the accuracy and compliance

of loan files after booking. This role involves meticulous review of loan documentation and

adherence to regulatory guidelines.

Key Result Areas:

  • Post Review Accuracy

  • Post Review (Accounts)

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct comprehensive post-reviews of booked loan files, ensuring adherence to all

credit policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.

  • Identify and report any compliance findings, aiming for zero compliance findings in post

review assessments.

  • Review 100% of assigned booked accounts within the established timeframe, maintaining

a high level of efficiency and accuracy.

  • Maintain detailed records of post-review activities and findings.

  • Communicate effectively with credit officers and other stakeholders regarding post-review results and any identified issues.

Key Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.

  • At least 1 year of experience in post-review processes within a financial institution or credit risk department.

  • Strong understanding of credit policies, procedures, compliance regulations, and risk

management principles.

  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen eye for detail.

  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
