Background
Our company came out of Y Combinator in 2015. Since then we've grown to 1000+ remote workers, with strong venture-backing (including Sequoia Capital) and over $30M in funding to date. We are fully remote across Asia and US time zones.

Why does this role exist
The Recruitment Associate role is a critical part of our recruitment operations. You'll work closely with our candidate pool and clients to ensure high-quality placements, balancing both relationship management and process execution in a dynamic environment. • Handle coordination requests
between candidates scheduled for client interviews and our Sales, Support, and Customer Success teams, ensuring smooth handoffs and communication
  • Create detailed evaluation reports

by ensuring all recommendations meet our client standards and quality expectations
  • Develop resilience and focus
in a goal-oriented environment with daily targets - you'll build strong time management skills and learn to excel under deadlines
