The Role: Real Estate Marketing and Administrative Assistant

Imagine being the key player behind the scenes, making sure everything runs smoothly both on the administrative and marketing side of real estate. From managing calendars and CRMs to preparing documents and coordinating with the team, you're the one keeping things structured, accurate, and moving forward.

Need to keep clients in the loop after a sale? You've got it covered with consistent, thoughtful follow-ups. Planning an open house or launching a new listing? You're designing branded marketing materials, creating buzz on social media, and scheduling content that gets noticed. Behind every transaction and every campaign, you're the team's trusted collaborator—handling details, creating systems, and ensuring everything gets done.

You're the person who keeps the process running—clearly, creatively, and without stress. And the best part? You get to do it all remotely, as an essential part of a high-performing U.S.-based real estate team.

What Your Days Might Look Like:

  • Manage calendars, emails, CRM systems, and team communication
  • Support real estate transactions and prepare key documents
  • Maintain accurate client data and track birthdays, home anniversaries, and milestones
  • Run reports and assist with post-sale follow-up​
  • Create branded marketing materials (flyers, brochures, social media graphics) using Canva, Adobe, or similar tools
  • Plan, schedule, and manage social media content across Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, and TikTok
  • Write and send newsletters featuring listings, updates, and team news
  • Collaborate with agents to keep marketing aligned with their brand and goals
  • Keep websites and online listings up to date

Who We Think Will Thrive in This Role:

  • You have experience in real estate support, admin, or digital marketing
  • You're confident using CRMs, spreadsheets, and cloud-based tools
  • You're comfortable with graphic design tools like Canva or Adobe
  • You communicate clearly and professionally
  • You're self-managed, tech-savvy, and thrive in a remote work environment
  • You're detail-oriented, proactive, and love juggling multiple tasks
  • You have a strong sense of branding, visual design, and creative writing
  • You are willing to work in a US time zone schedule.
  • You can secure the required technical setup, including:

  • At least a 720p HD webcam

  • A noise-canceling headset
  • A primary internet connection of at least 25 Mbps
  • A backup laptop, backup internet device, and backup power source
  • A main computer with at least Intel Core i5 (or equivalent) and 8 GB RAM
  • A backup computer with at least Intel Core i3 and 4 GB RAM
