Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Real Estate Associate located in Metro Manila. The Real Estate Associate will be responsible for managing property listings, assisting clients in buying, selling, or renting properties, conducting property tours, and providing market analysis. The role also involves liaising with property owners and prospective buyers or tenants, preparing necessary documentation, and ensuring compliance with real estate laws and regulations.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong negotiation and sales abilities
  • Knowledge of local real estate market trends
  • Customer service orientation and the ability to build strong client relationships
  • Proficiency in using real estate software and tools
  • Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Bachelor's degree in Real Estate, Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
  • Previous experience in real estate or related fields is an advantage
  • Valid real estate license or the ability to obtain one
