We are currently seeking a highly organised, detail-oriented, and proactive Administrator (Real Estate) to join our growing remote team.

You'll be supporting a premium, award-winning real estate agency in Sydney, known for its exceptional service, strong reputation, and focus on staff development.

The Role

As a Real Estate Administrator (Remote), you'll play a key role in keeping the team running smoothly.

You'll work closely with the head of operations and real estate agents, managing documents, coordinating marketing campaigns, and ensuring every property is handled with professionalism and precision.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide end-to-end administrative support to a high-performing sales team.
  • Prepare and manage agency agreements, sales contracts, and compliance documentation.
  • Coordinate property marketing campaigns (signboards, brochures, and online listings).
  • Manage and update Agentbox CRM — ensuring accurate data and reporting.
  • Upload and launch property listings across major portals.
  • Liaise with solicitors, vendors, and buyers to follow up contracts and ensure smooth
The Ideal Candidate

We're looking for someone who is:

  • Experienced in real estate administration, marketing coordination, or EA/PA roles.
  • Familiar with Agentbox CRM or similar property management systems.
  • Highly organised with exceptional attention to detail and communication skills.
  • Professional, proactive, and confident working independently in a remote setup.
  • Comfortable managing multiple tasks with accuracy under tight deadlines.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Background in the Australian or international real estate industry.
  • Strong written and verbal English skills.
  • Experience supporting sales or property teams.
