Job Overview:

We are seeking a proactive and driven Real Estate Associate to support property sales, leasing, client coordination, and administrative tasks. The ideal candidate has strong communication skills, enjoys working with people, and is motivated to help clients find the right property solutions.

You will assist in property marketing, client tours, document processing, and lead management. This role requires professionalism, strong customer service skills, and the ability to work independently or with a team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist clients in buying, selling, and leasing properties

  • Respond to client inquiries via phone, email, or chat

  • Conduct property tours and schedule site visits

  • Prepare and organize real estate documents and listings

  • Assist in marketing properties via social media and listing platforms

  • Coordinate with property owners, buyers, sellers, and internal teams

  • Maintain client records, leads, and follow-ups

  • Support virtual and in-person real estate transactions

  • Attend training and meetings as needed

  • Ensure excellent customer experience and professional service

Qualifications

  • High school graduate or college level/graduate

  • Experience in real estate, sales, or customer service is an advantage

  • Strong communication and negotiation skills

  • Able to handle multiple tasks and deadlines

  • Knowledgeable with basic MS Office / Google Workspace tools

  • Must be organized, reliable, and customer-oriented

  • Willing to conduct field/property visits when required

  • With valid IDs and mobile device (laptop preferred)

Preferred Skills

  • Background in property sales/leasing

  • Familiarity with real estate platforms and social media posting

  • Driver's license and/or own transportation is a plus

  • Knowledge in real estate documentation & local property market trends

  • Good persuasion and relationship-building skills

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php15, Php100,000.00 per month
