HR SUPERVISOR

Location: 25 Santan, Marikina, 1800 Metro Manila

We are looking for an HR Supervisor to lead our HR team and support company goals.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage recruitment and staffing needs
  • Organize employee engagement programs and activities
  • Supervise payroll, benefits, and government compliance (SSS, PhilHealth, Pag-IBIG, etc.)
  • Handle employee concerns and ensure company policies are followed
  • Provide HR reports and updates to management

Qualifications:

  • Graduate of HR, Psychology, Business Admin, or related course
  • At least 3–5 years HR experience (2 years in a supervisory role)
  • Knowledge in HR processes, labor laws, and employee relations
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
