Job Summary

The Corporate Barista is responsible for preparing and serving high-quality coffee, tea, and other beverages to employees, clients, and guests within a corporate environment. This role ensures a welcoming atmosphere in the office pantry or café area while maintaining cleanliness, organization, and consistent service standards.


Key Responsibilities
  • Prepare and serve coffee, tea, and other specialty beverages according to company standards.
  • Operate and maintain espresso machines, grinders, and other café equipment.
  • Greet employees and visitors in a professional, friendly manner.
  • Manage beverage inventory, including ordering, stocking, and monitoring supplies.
  • Ensure cleanliness and sanitation of the pantry, barista station, and dining area.
  • Maintain equipment in good working order and report issues promptly.
  • Support office events and meetings by providing beverage service as needed.
  • Uphold company hospitality standards to create a positive workplace experience.

Qualifications
  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional training in hospitality or barista certification is a plus.
  • Previous experience as a barista, café staff, or in a customer service role preferred.
  • Knowledge of coffee brewing methods, latte art, and specialty beverages.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Professional, courteous, and service-oriented personality.
  • Basic knowledge of food safety and sanitation practices.
