Warehouseman

Job Description:

  • Responsible for the posting of in/out of stocks in the BOS system/ sales delivery.
  • In-charge in the monitoring of inventory-related activities of the Branch (from projection, receipts & transfers)
  • Counter-checks and inspects all stocks for daily deliveries prepared by the Warehouse In-charge.
  • Responsible for the posting of delivery receipts (DR) in the BOS system/ goods issued. Ensures that there is no open DR at the end of the day.
  • Monitors all stocks and responsible for the stocks projection.
  • Handles receiving of stocks coming from Head office and those returned by clients.
  • Prepares weekly inventory for submission to Head Office.
  • Monitors nearly expired and slow moving items to be forwarded to HO Supply Chain.
  • Monitors critical stocks and reports it to HO Supply Chain
  • Assists the warehouse during stock preparation.
  • Performs weekly cycle count
  • Monitors promo samples in the branch
  • Perform other tasks assigned from time to time.
