Location: Hybrid (2x a week onsite)

The Finance Manager oversees the financial operations of the firm and its investment funds, ensuring accurate accounting, timely reporting, and regulatory compliance. The role supports fund management, investor reporting, and strategic decision-making by providing reliable financial insights and maintaining strong internal controls.

• Oversee the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements for both corporate and fund entities in compliance with accounting standards.

• Manage fund accounting processes, including capital calls, distributions, investment valuations, and performance reporting.

• Lead budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow management to support operational and investment activities.

• Coordinate with external auditors, tax advisors, and fund administrators to ensure accurate reporting and timely submissions.

• Prepare investor reports and analyses, ensuring transparency and alignment with fund documentation.

• Maintain effective internal controls, financial policies, and compliance with tax and regulatory requirements.

• Provide financial insights and recommendations to senior management and investment teams to support decision-making.

• Collaborate with operations, legal, and compliance teams to ensure smooth fund operations and governance.

• Identify process improvements, automation opportunities, and system enhancements to strengthen efficiency and accuracy.

• Supervise and develop junior finance staff, fostering a culture of accountability and excellence.

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.

• Minimum of 5–8 years of relevant experience in finance or accounting, ideally within private equity, asset management, or financial services.

• Strong understanding of fund accounting, consolidations, and financial reporting.

• Proficient in Excel and familiar with accounting or fund administration systems.

• Excellent analytical, communication, and organizational skills.
