Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in Metro Manila. The Operations Manager at Belmont Hotel Manila will oversee the daily operations of the hotel, ensuring high standards of service and guest satisfaction. Responsibilities include coordinating with different departments, managing staff schedules, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations, handling guest concerns, and contributing to the overall efficiency and profitability of the hotel.

Qualifications

  • Experience in hospitality management and operations
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
  • Understanding of health, safety, and regulatory compliance
  • Financial acumen and experience in budgeting and cost control
