Job Brief:

Operations Managers play a key role in the day-to-day operations of an organization, managing and coordinating activities that are directly related to the production of goods and services.

They have a wide array of responsibilities to ensure that business operations are efficient in terms of using as few resources as needed, and effective in terms of meeting customer requirements.

Their duties and responsibilities include:

Developing and implementing business strategies and procedures to promote the company's overall performance.

Setting comprehensive goals for performance and growth and ensuring they are met.

Overseeing daily operations of the company and the work of executives in various departments such as IT, Marketing, Sales, and Finance.

Lead and encourage employees to maximize performance and dedication.

Evaluating and improving operations and financial performance.

Managing relationships with partners and vendors.

Preparing and implementing comprehensive business plans to facilitate achievement of goals.

Assessing and managing risk to the company.

Ensuring all legal and regulatory documents are filed and monitor compliance with laws and regulations.

Identifying and addressing problems and opportunities for the company.

Supporting worker communication with the management team.

Requirements and skills:

Proven work experience as Operations Manager or similar role

Knowledge of organizational effectiveness and operations management

Experience budgeting and forecasting

Familiarity with business and financial principles

Excellent communication skills

Leadership ability

Outstanding organizational skills

Degree in Business, Operations Management or related field
