Company Overview:

The company is a leading retailer specializing in motorcycles and electric bikes, committed to innovation and sustainability. We are expanding our focus on electric bikes and seek an experienced Operations Manager to oversee and optimize our electric bike operations.

Position: Operations Manager, Electric Bikes 

Location: South Caloocan

Covered Areas: Visayas and Mindanao

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement operational processes and procedures to enhance efficiency, quality, and customer satisfaction for electric bikes.
  • Manage relationships with suppliers and vendors to ensure timely delivery of products and materials.
  • Monitor and analyze performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and implement strategies to achieve operational goals.
  • Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to support product launches, promotions, and customer engagement initiatives.
  • Ensure compliance with industry regulations, safety standards, and company policies specific to electric bikes.
  • Lead and mentor a team of operations staff, fostering a collaborative and high-performance work environment.
  • Address and resolve operational issues promptly to maintain smooth and effective operations.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Operations Management, Business Administration, or any related field.
  • Proven experience in an operations management role, preferably within the retail or electric bike industry.
  • Strong understanding of supply chain management, inventory control, and logistics specific to electric bikes.
  • Excellent leadership and team management skills, with the ability to drive performance and motivate staff.
  • Proficiency in data analysis and operational performance metrics to support decision-making.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
  • Outstanding communication and organizational skills.
  • Familiarity with industry regulations and safety standards related to electric bikes.

Schedule:

  • Mondays to Saturdays work schedule.
