Key Responsibilities

  1. Daily Operations Management

Supervise and manage the company's daily operational processes to ensure efficient execution;

Develop and optimize operational processes and standard operating procedures (SOPs);

Coordinate resources across departments to resolve operational issues and bottlenecks.

  1. Process Optimization and Efficiency Improvement

Analyze operational data, identify inefficiencies, and propose improvement plans;

Promote automation and digitization of business processes to improve work efficiency;

Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and operational results.

  1. Team Management and Coordination

Manage the operations team, including division of labor, performance appraisals, training, and incentives;

Promote cross-departmental collaboration to achieve alignment on business goals;

Establish a team knowledge base and standardized processes to promote continuous improvement.

  1. Cost and Resource Management

Monitor operational costs, optimize resource allocation, and budget execution;

Develop cost control strategies to ensure efficient and cost-effective operations;

Assist in managing suppliers and third-party partners to ensure service quality.

  1. Risk Management and Compliance

Identify potential operational risks and develop countermeasures;

Ensure operational activities comply with company policies, industry standards, and laws and regulations;

Support internal audits and process improvement projects.

Requirements

Education: Bachelor's degree or higher in Business Administration, Logistics Management, Supply Chain Management, or a related field;

Experience: 5+ years of experience in corporate operations management, with team management experience preferred;

Skills:

Familiarity with operations management systems and process optimization methods;

Strong data analysis skills, able to leverage data to drive decision-making;

Excellent communication and coordination skills, as well as cross-departmental collaboration;

Proficient in office software, ERP, and CRM systems;

Strong project management skills, able to coordinate and execute multiple tasks.
