What is your mission?

We are looking for a proactive and organized Assistant Project Manager to support the end-to-end execution of construction and installation projects. The role involves coordinating schedules, budgets, and vendors while maintaining strong communication with clients and field teams. Ideal candidates have experience in façade or window installation, can manage multiple priorities, and thrive in fast-paced, detail-driven project environments.

Key responsibilities:

  • Assist in planning, scheduling, and executing construction and installation projects from kickoff to closeout
  • Monitor project timelines, budgets, and progress reports to ensure timely delivery
  • Act as the main point of coordination between clients, field crews, and suppliers
  • Review construction drawings, prepare project documentation, and process change orders
  • Track materials, prepare purchase requests, and support installation logistics
  • Generate weekly project reports and escalate issues that may affect delivery timelines
  • Collaborate with sales, production, and logistics teams to ensure seamless project flow
Who are we looking for?
  • Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, Business, or related field
  • Experience in project coordination or construction management, ideally in window/glass, façade installation, or finishing trades
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office; familiarity with Microsoft Project and Bluebeam preferred
  • Ability to read and interpret construction drawings or technical plans
  • Strong organizational, communication, and follow-through skills
  • Excellent attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
