Project A:

  • At least 7years PM exposure
  • Experience in distribution background with API integration.
  • banking exposure is a PLUS

Project W:

  • At least 8+ years of program / project management experience; proven track record in managing large scale/complex programs
  • Ability to lead senior management discussions / presentations; should be hands-on in PMO functions (process, standards, governance and reporting)
  • Lead and support in preparation of business cases targeting to level of internal governance need
  • Preferably experienced with banking and financial service sector (wealth, trust, treasury etc)

      · Program / Project management 

      · Stakeholder & Change management 

      · Technology SDLC
  • Exposure to at least one of the following areas   · Private Banking & Wealth Management: Client lifecycle management, advisory platforms, portfolio management, risk profiling, KYC/AML and regulatory compliance tools

      · Trusts and Asset Management: Fund Operations, client reporting, portfolio management, compliance and risk tool

    Securities Trading and Treasury: Front to back trading workflows, core systems integration, risk and regulatory projects

Project T:

  • Work Experience:

      ·  At least 7–12 years project management experience

      ·  Ability to manage all types of projects from low-level to high-level complexities

      ·  Experience in managing multiple projects in parallel
  • Technical Skills:

      ·  Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities

      ·  Expert knowledge in cost management, budgeting, and forecasting

      ·  Ability to create business cases and contracts
  • Behavioral Skills:

      ·  Strong interpersonal skills and ability to communicate effectively across teams

      ·  Ability to gather and communicate complex issues clearly

      ·  Ability to work independently and to collaborate with teams in the completion of important projects and major initiatives

      ·  Ability to influence and negotiate with senior management and lead project teams

      ·  Strong written, oral interpersonal communications and presentation skills
  • Work Experience:

      ·  Banking industry experience

      ·  Prior experience with Big4, Systems Integrator, or consulting roles
  • Technical Skills:

      ·  PMP or Prince2 Certification

      ·  Agile/SCRUM/ITIL training or certification
  • Behavioral Skills:

      ·  Overwhelming passion for innovation

      ·  Strong initiative, self-motivation, creativity, and determination
  • Demonstrated experience delivering projects in at least one of the following areas:

      ·  Private Banking & Wealth Management: Client lifecycle management, advisory platforms, portfolio management, risk profiling, KYC/AML and regulatory compliance tools

      ·  Trusts and Asset Management: Fund Operations, client reporting, portfolio management, compliance and risk tools

      ·  Securities Trading and Treasury: Front to back trading workflows, core systems integration, risk and regulatory projects
  • Additional Knowledge:

      ·  Familiarity with financial platforms such as Avaloq, Temenos, Murex, Calypso, Bloomberg or equivalent systems is a plus

      ·  Knowledge of financial products (e.g., UITFs/Mutual Funds, FX, Bonds, Securities)
