Supervise the project team to ensure all activities meet the Employer’s requirements. Oversee project completion within schedule, budget, and quality standards. Report project progress to senior management and lead regular meetings to strategize efficient delivery. Conduct stakeholder meetings to address challenges and ensure alignment with project goals. Liaise with internal teams including Construction Supervision, Design, Project Management Support, and Contract Advisory to ensure cohesive execution. Manage all phases of the project from design to completion, optimizing resource use and cost-effectiveness. Ensure compliance with approved methodologies and procedures. Maintain project cost/change controls and budget records. Monitor contractor activities to ensure alignment with the project schedule. Support change order estimation and assist in managing change requests. Review contractor construction schedules and progress reports. Prepare and review weekly/monthly reports on contract status, costs, and potential changes. Assist the Regional Director in identifying business opportunities and supporting client engagement. Key Requirements Degree in Civil or Structural Engineering from a recognized institution. Professional Project Management certification (e.g., PMP) is preferred. Minimum 10 years of experience in managing large-scale civil engineering projects, with at least 5 years focused on marine works (dredging, reclamation, rock works, wharf and jetty construction). Experience in risk assessment, geotechnical and engineering works, environmental impact assessments, tender preparation, site supervision, and contract administration. Strong technical competence, excellent interpersonal skills, and a proactive “can-do” attitude. Willing to accept project-based employment. Willing to be assigned in Manila.
