About the Role We’re a fast-growing digital marketing agency seeking an organized, proactive Assistant Project Manager / Project Coordinator to join our team. In this role, you’ll support senior project managers on active client campaigns across SEO, PPC, social media, content marketing, and web development. This position is designed for career growth: you’ll start by assisting on projects, learning agency processes, and gradually taking on more responsibility. With demonstrated performance, you’ll advance to managing your own client portfolio as a full Project Manager. What You’ll Do – Project Coordination & Support Assist the Director PM in managing digital campaigns, timelines, and deliverables. Track tasks, deadlines, and milestones to keep projects running smoothly. Coordinate with internal teams (SEO, PPC, social media, content, design, development) to ensure campaigns are executed efficiently. Take meeting notes, document action items, and follow up on tasks. Client Communication Attend client calls and meetings to support the Director PM by taking notes and learn best practices. Help prepare presentation decks. Build strong internal and external relationships by maintaining clear, professional communication. Process Improvement Suggest workflow enhancements to improve campaign efficiency and client experience. Learn and maintain agency project management systems and tools. Professional Growth Receive mentorship from senior project managers to develop campaign strategy and client management skills. Gradually take ownership of smaller campaigns and clients. Transition into a full Project Manager role with your own client portfolio over time. What We’re Looking For 1–3 years of experience in project coordination, client services, or marketing (agency experience required). Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Proactive problem-solver who can take initiative in a fast-paced environment. Familiarity with project management and reporting tools (Asana, ClickUp, HubSpot, Basecamp, Google Analytics, etc.). Interest in digital marketing and eagerness to learn across multiple channels.
