Job Summary:

We're seeking a skilled GoHighLevel (GHL) Specialist to join our team and become the go-to expert for implementing, optimizing, and managing GHL workflows. In this role, you'll work closely with our sales, marketing, and client success teams to build seamless automations, funnels, and campaigns that supercharge our clients' performance. Key Responsibilities:

  • Design, build, and customize GoHighLevel workflows, including lead capture forms, email/SMS automations, appointment scheduling, and membership sites.
  • Integrate GHL with third-party tools (e.g., Zapier, Twilio, Google Workspace) to create end-to-end client solutions.
  • Conduct client onboarding sessions, training, and audits to ensure optimal GHL usage and identify opportunities for improvement.
  • Monitor campaign performance using GHL analytics, A/B testing, and reporting dashboards to provide actionable insights and recommendations.
  • Troubleshoot technical issues, maintain system hygiene, and stay updated on GHL's latest features and updates.
  • Collaborate with the team to develop scalable templates and best practices for GHL implementations.
  • Support ad-hoc projects, such as migrating clients from other CRMs to GHL.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as a GoHighLevel Specialist or similar role (2+ years preferred), with a strong portfolio of GHL projects.
  • GHL White Label or Agency Unlimited certification is a huge plus.
  • Proficiency in marketing automation, funnel building, and CRM management; familiarity with tools like ActiveCampaign, ClickFunnels, or HubSpot is beneficial.
  • Strong problem-solving skills with a keen eye for detail and user experience.
  • Excellent communication skills—able to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Self-motivated team player comfortable in a remote environment.

Job Type: Part-time
