About the Role:

We are seeking a Migration Assistant (Work-From-Home) to support data migration and validation processes. This role focuses on verifying AI-generated migration data, reconciling balances, and ensuring accuracy across multiple systems while collaborating with support and technical teams.

Responsibilities:

  • Validate AI-generated migration data for accuracy and completeness
  • Review creditor and debtor balances using reconciliation reports
  • Run SQL queries to check for record integrity and duplication
  • Document and escalate discrepancies for correction
  • Collaborate with support and technical teams throughout migration cycles

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Accounting, or a related field
  • Basic knowledge of SQL and data querying
  • Familiarity with ETL (Extract, Transform, Load) processes
  • Proficient in Excel and data reconciliation methods
  • Strong analytical mindset and attention to detail
  • Ability to work independently and meet tight deadlines

Preferred Skills:

  • Previous experience in data migration, data validation, or data quality assurance
  • Exposure to automation tools or data management systems

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php30,000.00 per month
