The role

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Marketing Assistant to join the dynamic team at Mary Roche' Marketing in Angeles City, Pampanga. As a Marketing Assistant, you will play a crucial role in supporting the company's marketing efforts within the pharmaceuticals and medical devices industry.

What you'll be doing

  1. Assisting with the development and implementation of marketing campaigns across various channels
  2. Providing administrative support to the marketing team, including scheduling meetings, managing project timelines, and coordinating with internal and external stakeholders
  3. Conducting market research and data analysis to help inform marketing strategies and identify new opportunities
  4. Creating and updating marketing materials, such as presentations, brochures, and social media content
  5. Providing support for events, trade shows, and other marketing initiatives
  6. Monitoring and reporting on the performance of marketing activities

What we're looking for

  1. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively within a team
  2. Strong organisational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritise and multitask effectively
  3. Proficiency in using Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiarity with marketing software and tools
  4. A keen eye for detail and a passion for delivering high-quality work
  5. Strong research and analytical skills, with the ability to synthesise information and draw insights
  6. A bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or a related field, or equivalent experience
  7. Previous experience in a marketing or administrative role, preferably within the pharmaceuticals or medical devices industry
