The Marketing Officer is responsible for developing and implementing marketing strategies that enhance brand awareness, drive product sales, and strengthen the company's image in the beauty and skincare industry. This role involves creating engaging content, coordinating campaigns, managing social media platforms, and supporting promotional events aligned with the brand's identity.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the planning, development, and execution of marketing campaigns for beauty and skincare products.
  • Create, edit, and publish content for social media, online ads, and promotional materials that reflect the brand's tone and aesthetic.
  • Produce visual content such as posters, banners, and digital materials using photo editing tools (e.g., Canva, Photoshop).
  • Coordinate and support events, product launches, and influencer collaborations.
  • Monitor and analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to identify new opportunities.
  • Manage and grow the brand's online presence across social media platforms..
  • Track and evaluate marketing campaign performance using analytics and prepare regular reports.
  • Assist in the development of marketing collaterals, product packaging, and promotional giveaways.
  • Maintain strong coordination with the sales and operations teams to align marketing activities with business goals.
  • Support overall brand management initiatives to ensure consistency in messaging and presentation.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
  • At least 1-2 years of marketing experience (preferably in beauty, cosmetics, or retail industry
  • Proficient in social media management and photo editing tools (Canva, Photoshop, Lightroom, etc.)
  • Strong creative, organizational, and communication skills
  • Knowledge of current beauty trends and consumer behavior
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
  • Willing to travel and participate in brand events or promotional activities
