We are looking for an experienced HR Supervisor to lead the daily operations of our Human Resources Department. This role is vital in ensuring that the organization effectively attracts, hires, develops, and retains top talent while fostering a compliant, engaging, and supportive workplace.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee the full-cycle recruitment process, including job postings, resume screening, interviews, and final hiring decisions.
  • Develop, update, and implement HR policies and procedures in line with labor laws and company standards.
  • Facilitate employee onboarding and orientation programs to ensure a seamless integration for new hires.
  • Manage employee relations by addressing conflicts, handling disciplinary actions, and overseeing grievance processes.
  • Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide constructive feedback to support employee growth.
  • Administer and manage employee benefits programs, serving as the primary contact for related inquiries.
  • Maintain and safeguard accurate employee records in compliance with data protection regulations.
  • Partner with department managers to assess training needs and design effective development programs.
  • Stay informed of emerging HR trends, best practices, and legal updates.
  • Support the HR Manager with special projects and organizational initiatives.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in HR management or a supervisory role.
  • In-depth knowledge of labor laws, employment regulations, and HR best practices.
  • Strong communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
  • Proven ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with integrity.
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple priorities.
  • Proficient in HRIS systems and MS Office applications.
  • Willing to work onsite.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Php22, Php30,000.00 per month
