
Business Development Officer – Franchise Sales

Suds is seeking a dynamic, results-driven Business Development Officer to lead the charge in expanding our footprint through franchise sales of our software-enabled laundromat concept. This role combines strategic sales execution with digital marketing funnel design to attract, nurture, and convert high-quality franchise leads. You'll be the bridge between brand visibility and deal closure—crafting campaigns, qualifying prospects, and guiding them through the journey from interest to investment.
Key Responsibilities
Sales & Franchise Development
- Identify, qualify, and close franchise sales across target regions
- Conduct discovery calls, pitch presentations, and ROI consultations
- Develop and manage a structured sales pipeline using CRM tools
- Collaborate with legal and operations teams to onboard new franchisees
- Represent the brand at expos, webinars, and investor events
Digital Marketing Funnel Execution
- Design and implement full-funnel digital campaigns (awareness → conversion)
- Optimize landing pages, lead magnets, and email sequences for franchise acquisition
- Manage paid ads (Google, Meta, LinkedIn) and organic content strategies
- Analyze funnel performance and iterate based on conversion metrics
- Coordinate with creative and tech teams to align messaging and automation
Strategic Input & Reporting
- Provide market feedback to refine franchise packages and positioning
- Track KPIs across sales and marketing efforts; report to senior leadership
- Benchmark competitor activity and identify growth opportunities
Qualifications & Skills
- Proven experience in B2B sales, franchise development, or high-ticket closing
- Strong grasp of digital marketing funnels and lead generation strategies
- Familiarity with CRM platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Zoho, Salesforce)
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Entrepreneurial mindset with a bias for action and experimentation
- Bonus: Experience in SaaS, retail automation, or laundromat operations
