Job Description:

The Franchise Officer is responsible for supporting the growth and management of the franchise network. This role involves assisting with franchisee recruitment, onboarding, compliance monitoring, and ongoing support to ensure franchisees adhere to brand standards and contribute to the success of the franchise system.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • 2–4 years of experience in franchise management, business development, or operations (franchise experience preferred).
  • Strong knowledge of franchising models, legal aspects, and best practices.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple franchise accounts.
  • Proficient in MS Office Suite and CRM tools.

Location: One Corporate Center, Ortigas Pasig City

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Php21, Php25,000.00 per month
