Sales Relations Officer

Responsibilities:

  • Managing sales target achievement by managing relationships with trade partners and distributors
  • Provides support for the Franchise owners by recommending potential marketing activities to franchisee which can be implemented to stores, ensuring availability of marketing materials, coordinating promotions, inventory concerns, VX and VS training support, and monitor sales performance.
  • Submits monthly sales summary and analysis of franchise stores, trade partners and distributors.
  • Conducts a once a month visit and on-site consultation to the franchise stores and trade partners.
  • Regular auditing of points of sale and relationship management with trade partners and franchisees.
  • Supports PLIS account management as needed.

Qualifications:

  • College degree in Business Administration, Marketing or a related field;
  • Open for fresh graduates
  • 1-2 years in a management or supervisory position in retail; in beauty, cosmetics, fashion, franchisee management or a service-related business is a big plus
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and project management skills
  • Strong verbal and written communication, and interpersonal skills: can comfortably interact with professionals of diverse cultures and backgrounds
  • Exceptional customer service and interpersonal skills; can deal effectively with internal and external customers
  • Can easily juggle multiple moving parts: calendars, requirements, suppliers, clients, partners, logistics, etc.
  • A global perspective — in terms of products, marketing, language, imaging, branding, staff management, and professionalism — is a must for this position
  • Experience in training a big plus, too
  • Empathy and kindness for all our team members, partners, and customers is a requirement.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: From Php19,000.00 per month
