About the role

As a Business Development Officer at New Marketlink Pharmaceutical Corporation, you will be a key member of our rapidly growing sales team responsible for identifying and securing new business opportunities. Based in our Pasig City office, you will work closely with our sales and marketing teams to drive growth for our innovative pharmaceutical products across Metro Manila.

What you'll be doing

  • Assist the BD Manager in ensuring a steady flow of strategically fit, potential new products/principals and business ventures thru product research and other initiatives
  • Ensure that contracts are complete and with zero error; update and monitor of contracts, NDA and IPO
  • Handle IPO Registration and ensure IPO of all NMPC brand names are valid
  • Extract needed data for research and marketing purposes

What we're looking for

  1. Minimum 2 years of direct sales experience in the pharmaceutical or healthcare industry
  2. Proven track record of successfully prospecting, qualifying, and closing new business
  3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build strong relationships
  4. Familiarity with the pharmaceutical regulatory landscape and industry best practices
  5. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to identify and address customer needs
  6. Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment
  7. Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and experience with CRM tools
