Job description:

  • In-charge the entire franchise process from lead conversion all the way to a successful signing while maintaining brand and company standards.
  • Set Process and programs to follow through on marketing leads, as well as create their own leads, screen and track potential franchise owners.
  • Thoroughly qualify leads and cultivate prospects into motivated and successful franchisees.
  • Present business plans to the potential client.
  • Plan, set and action monthly and yearly sales objectives, along with regular-basis tracking and presentation of progress reports.
  • Assist the franchise partners, from the initial planning and set up stage, till the launch or til the place is rendered fully operational and functional.
