Looking to take the next step in your customer service career? We are seeking an enthusiastic and experienced Customer Service Representative to join our growing team. This full-time role is based in Cagayan de Oro City.
What you'll be doing:
- Provide exceptional customer service to clients of our telecommunications account
- Handle a high volume of inbound calls, responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner
- Document customer interactions and maintain detailed records of all communications
- Identify opportunities to upsell and cross-sell additional products and services to customers
- Collaborate with the wider team to share best practices and identify areas for process improvement

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills to effectively troubleshoot and resolve customer concerns
- Proficient in using customer relationship management (CRM) systems and MS Office suite
