We are looking for Customer Service Representatives for our Telco account in CDO. The role includes handling customer inquiries, assisting with account concerns, and providing excellent customer service.
Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer concerns via calls
- Provide accurate information and solutions
- Maintain professionalism and quality service
- Update customer records when necessary
Qualifications
- HS or SHS graduate
- Preferably with at least 6 months CCE
- Good communication skills
- Willing to work onsite in CDO
- Amenable to shifting schedules
- Relocation Package available for qualified candidates outside CDO
Salary & Benefits
- ₱16,850.00 – Freshers
- ₱19,000.00 – With 6 to 12 months CCE
- ₱21,000.00 – With 13 months & above CCE
- 285 slots available
