About the role

This is a full-time Customer Experience Specialist position based in Cagayan de Oro, Misamis Oriental. As the Customer Experience Specialist for a leading telecommunications company, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to clients through various communication channels.

What you'll be doing

  1. Answering inbound calls from customers and responding to email and chat inquiries in a professional and courteous manner
  2. Troubleshooting and resolving customer issues effectively and efficiently
  3. Providing accurate information about products, services, and billing enquiries
  4. Documenting customer interactions and maintaining detailed records
  5. Identifying opportunities to upsell and cross-sell relevant products and services
  6. Contributing to the continuous improvement of customer service processes and procedures

What we're looking for

  1. 1-2 years of experience in a customer service or call centre role, preferably in the telecommunications industry
  2. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with customers
  3. Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
  4. Proficiency in using computer systems and customer relationship management (CRM) software
  5. Ability to work well in a team and adapt to a fast-paced environment
  6. Good time management and multitasking skills
