This role provides essential customer support for subscribers of telecommunications services, including mobile, broadband, and cable. It involves managing a variety of customer interactions from billing inquiries and service activations to troubleshooting signal issues and guiding technical resolutions. Communication is primarily through voice calls, chat, or email, and every conversation is handled with professionalism, empathy, and attention to detail to meet performance benchmarks and ensure high customer satisfaction.

In addition to resolving customer concerns, this role contributes to account retention and growth by recommending tailored service options and educating customers about available packages or upgrades. It also involves documenting interactions using CRM systems, identifying patterns in customer feedback, and working closely with supervisors and technical teams to streamline solutions. To thrive, the CSR must stay updated on telecom products and promos, adapt to new systems quickly, and maintain composure in a fast-paced, often high-volume support environment.

Qualifications:
