Rockford Marketing Corporation is seeking a talented and driven HR Head to join our team in our Tondo Manila City office. In this full-time role, you will play a crucial part in supporting our marketing efforts and contributing to the overall success of the organization.

What will you do?

  • Supervise the recruitment process
  • Coordination with the HR personnel for promodiser concerns
  • Monitoring payroll and timekeeping
  • Employee relations
  • Creation and enforcement of company rules and policies
  • Monitoring of all probationary employees
  • Updating of master plantilla
  • Submission of mandatory government contributions
  • Dole compliance
  • Coordinating with suppliers for office supplies requisitions and requests

What are we looking for?
- Minimum of 1-3 years of experience as an HR Generalist, HR Head, or any equivalent role
- Bachelor's Degree in HR, Psychology, or any related field
- Knowledge of Dole Rules and compliance
- Familiarity with the SSS, Philhealth, and Pag-IBIG processes
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
