Job Description

To coordinate with all departments in the delivery of HR and general services and to ensure smooth flow of general office affairs.

  • Implements HR programs, in coordination with different departments
  • Coordinates with all departments in relation to their manpower requirements
  • Prepares timekeeping every cut-off
  • Acts as custodian of all personnel information file Responsible for updating records of employees that shall serve as reference for personnel action and movements.
  • Monitors attendance of all employees and recommends appropriate action for any infraction committed against attendance policy.
  • Tasked to do remittances report and payment to SSS, PHIC and HDMF
  • End to end Recruitment for Head Office employees

Qualifications:

  • Graduate of BS in Psychology or BS in Human Resource Development Management
  • With minimum of 2 years experience as an HR Generalist
  • Can start asap

Note: to be assigned in Head Office at Taft Manila
