As we enter a new phase of growth, Green GSM is expanding operations to the Philippines, and we are seeking an experienced and visionary Human Resources Director to lead the People & Administration function in this critical market.

Responsibilities

  • Strategic HR Leadership
    : Develop and implement a localized HR strategy aligned with Green GSM's business goals and regional people agenda
  • People Operations & Compliance
    : Ensure all HR processes, practices, and systems are compliant with Philippine labor regulations and aligned with company policies
  • Performance & Culture
    : Drive initiatives that strengthen employee engagement, leadership development, and high-performance culture
  • Compensation & Benefits
    : Oversee the design and execution of competitive and equitable C&B frameworks for the Philippine market
  • Administration & Internal Operations
    : Set up and manage administrative operations including office management, vendor coordination, and local regulatory requirements
  • Cross-Border Collaboration
    : Serve as the primary HR liaison between the Philippine entity and regional/global HR teams

Qualifications

  • Minimum 10 years of progressive experience in Human Resources, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership or country HR head role
  • Prior experience in fast-scaling, multi-functional organizations, ideally in technology, mobility, logistics, or startup environments
  • Strong knowledge of Philippine labor laws, HR compliance standards, and organizational best practices
  • Demonstrated ability to operate at both strategic and executional levels in a dynamic environment
  • Excellent interpersonal, leadership, and stakeholder management skills
  • Professional fluency in English is required
