What you'll be doing:

Manage KPIs and performance of sales leaders and representatives under his/ her portfolio to ensure attainment of Avon's objectives 

Key responsibilities:

1. Manage KPIs and performance of sales leaders and representatives under his/ her portfolio to ensure attainment of Avon's objectives 

2. Cascade, execute and monitor results of strategic and tactical corporate programs

3. Create, execute and monitor tactical local programs

4. Prepare and present business reviews and other analysis

5. Submit monthly planning charts, field activity reports, expense reports, etc.
