What you'll be doing:

Leads the development of packaging, including establishment of component specifications, to achieve intended design, quality, cost objectives, functionality and manufacturability to deliver new products launches in the Markets.

Key responsibilities:

1.     Leads the development of packaging, including establishment of  component  specifications, to achieve intended design, quality, cost objectives, functionality and manufacturability to deliver new products launches in the Markets. 

2.     Collaborates with Marketing, R&D, Manufacturing sites, Project Managers, Supply Chain functions and Suppliers, both Global and Regional, through the application of the New Product Development process and governance. 

3.     Leads detection and resolution of issues occurring in the package development phase. Communicates appropriate  information and technical directions throughout related matrix teams. 

4.     Ensures delivery of Value Engineering Initiatives and Corporate Responsibility Goals such as Package Sustainability

5. Supports strategies/mission/objectives of Research and Development department and champions company values and vision.
