Role Overview

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Assistant Franchise Manager to join our dynamic team at Yoshimeatsu. In this role, you will support the strategic growth and operational excellence of our franchise network, ensuring the successful execution of brand standards and franchise relationships. You will work closely with franchise owners and assist in training, marketing, and operational assessments to enhance overall performance and satisfaction.

Responsibilities

  • Assist in the onboarding and training of new franchisees, providing comprehensive support and resources to ensure a successful launch.
  • Conduct regular visits to franchise locations, evaluating compliance with brand standards and operational guidelines.
  • Collaborate with franchisees to develop local marketing strategies that increase brand visibility and drive sales.
  • Monitor franchise performance metrics and provide actionable insights to franchise owners for improvement.
  • Facilitate communication between franchisees and the corporate team, addressing concerns and providing support as needed.
  • Participate in franchise conferences and workshops, sharing best practices and fostering a collaborative community.

Required and Preferred Qualifications

Required:

  • 2+ years of experience in franchise management, retail operations, or a related field.
  • Strong understanding of franchise business models and operational best practices.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with diverse stakeholders.

Preferred:

  • Experience in a multi-unit franchise environment.
  • Proficiency in analyzing financial reports and performance metrics.
  • Knowledge of marketing strategies specific to franchising.

Technical Skills and Relevant Technologies

  • Familiarity with point-of-sale systems and franchise management software.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel for data analysis.
  • Experience with social media marketing and digital advertising tools.

  • Proactive attitude with a passion for supporting franchise success.

Pay: Php60, Php100,000.00 per month
