As a Franchise Relations Manager, you'll be responsible of the following:

  • Promote the company's brand and franchising opportunities to the market and potential partners.
  • Develop marketing strategies, understand client needs, identify market trends, and suggest improvements to achieve marketing goals.
  • Conduct market research and summarize trends to support business growth.
  • Identify, screen, and onboard new franchisees, ensuring a smooth branch opening process.
  • Provide training, operational support, and after-sales assistance to franchisees.
  • Maintain strong relationships with franchisees, acting as a liaison between them and management.
  • Ensure franchisee outlets comply with company policies and procedures through regular audits and site visits.
  • Develop and implement sales and advertising plans to drive brand visibility and growth.
  • Analyze business deals, develop negotiation strategies, and close new opportunities.
  • Monitor franchise performance, offering guidance for business improvement and growth.
  • Develop and negotiate franchise contracts, ensuring legal and operational compliance.
  • Coordinate with internal teams on supply chain, financials, and operational improvements.
  • Assist franchisees with local marketing efforts while maintaining brand consistency.
  • Organize franchisee summits, training sessions, and networking events.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by management.
