JOB OVERVIEW:

We are seeking a results-driven and entrepreneurial professional to lead the growth of our brand through franchising and strategic expansion, while also managing and optimizing lease agreements for our company-owned branches. This dual-role position requires strong sales abilities, excellent negotiation skills, and the capacity to build lasting business relationships. The ideal candidate is proactive, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and delivers tangible results in both franchise development and leasing.

Key Responsibilities:

Franchise Development & Expansion

  • Develop and implement the franchise growth strategy in line with company objectives.
  • Leverage existing lead databases and generate new franchise prospects through various channels (online, events, referrals).
  • Qualify, pitch, and close deals with potential franchisees.
  • Manage the full franchise onboarding process: from inquiry to contract signing and store opening.
  • Maintain accurate CRM records of all leads and pipeline stages.
  • Represent the brand at franchise expos, webinars, and promotional events.

Leasing & Contract Negotiation

  • Manage and negotiate lease agreements for company-owned branches.
  • Identify high-rent or problematic locations and propose corrective actions.
  • Negotiate rent reductions, freezes, or favorable lease terms.
  • Maintain a centralized lease database with key dates, terms, and renewal alerts.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with landlords and property managers.

Qualifications & Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, or any related field or equivalent.
  • Proven track record in franchise development, business expansion, or sales.
  • Strong negotiation skills, particularly in real estate leasing.
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities.
  • Highly organized, analytical, and capable of handling multiple priorities.
  • Willingness to travel as required.

Pay: Php60, Php80,000.00 per month
