Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site position for a
Franchise and Business Development Manager
, based in Quezon City. The role may require fieldwork as needed, depending on the requirements of the job.

Job Descriptions:

  • Drive franchise growth by managing franchise sales
  • Generate qualified leads/ Recruit, screen and approves potential franchisees.
  • Conducts franchisees onboarding process, training sessions and ensures compliance withFranchise agreements.
  • Ensure effective communication and strong relationships with both potential and existing franchise partners, while coordinating closely with internal teams to align all franchise activities with the company's overall goals
  • Identifies target areas for new store development.
  • Coordinates with Real Estate and Construction for site validation and approval.
  • Tracks expansion progress and performance of new franchise business.
  • Acts as the main point of contact for franchisees.
  • Provides business guidance, marketing support, and updates on new programs or policies.
  • Monitors franchisee satisfaction and compliance with board.
  • Coordinates with post-opening support with Operations.
  • Identifying new business opportunities.
  • In-charge of new possible business models.
  • Research market trends

Qualifications:

  • Proficiency in Franchise Sales and Franchising processes.
  • Experience in Business Planning and developing franchise business models.
  • Strong Lead Generation skills to identify and attract potential franchisees
  • Ability to conduct Training sessions to support franchisee onboarding and operations
  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strategic and analytical thinking for effective decision-making
  • Experience in franchise development or a similar field is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field is preferred

Salary Range:
₱70,000 – ₱100,000 per month
