About the role

Mazwin Inc. is seeking a Logistic Officer to join our team in our Santa Ana, Manila City location. This is a full-time role responsible for overseeing the efficient and effective management of our warehousing, storage, and distribution operations.

What you'll be doing

  • Manage the day-to-day operations of our warehouse and distribution facilities, ensuring timely and accurate processing of inbound and outbound goods
  • Oversee the receipt, storage, and inventory of products, optimising inventory levels and space utilisation
  • Develop and implement logistics strategies to improve efficiency, reduce costs, and enhance customer satisfaction
  • Monitor and report on key performance indicators related to logistics, recommending areas for improvement
  • Supervise and train logistics staff, fostering a positive and productive work environment
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations, policies, and safety standards
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address logistics challenges and support broader business objectives

What we're looking for

  • Minimum 6 months experience as logistic officer role, preferably within the manufacturing, transport, or distribution industry
  • Excellent organisational and problem-solving skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritise effectively
  • Strong analytical and data-driven mindset, with experience in using logistics management software and tools
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively across teams
  • Thorough understanding of warehousing operations, inventory management, and transportation logistics
  • Familiarity with relevant industry regulations and safety standards
  • Has driver-licensed and can drive four wheels
