Role Description

  • Manage day-to-day administrative activities including filing, data entry, communications, paperwork, and reporting
  • Oversee and monitor land trips, including handling liquidations
  • Support GPS data monitoring and reporting
  • Evaluate distribution methods to improve efficiency and profitability
  • Maintain logistics documentation, safekeeping, and control of tools, equipment, and materials
  • Ensure driver and equipment performance meets company standards
  • Assist the Operations Manager in managing fleet operations and cost optimization (fuel, maintenance, route planning, etc.)
  • Prepare and submit monthly reports on toll fees, parking fees, fuel transactions, and other logistics metrics
  • Implement company policies for safe and cost-effective delivery operations
  • Supervise housekeeping planning and implementation
  • Monitor vehicle activities and maintain accurate records
  • Supervise timekeeping staff and oversee payroll data preparation
  • Perform other ad-hoc duties as assigned by management

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Business Administration related fields
  • Minimum of 5 years' experience in administration and facility management, preferably in logistics and supply chain within a medium to large company handling food and fresh produce
  • Proficient in office management tools, software applications, and data analysis
  • Detail-oriented with strong command of English and Filipino
  • Able to work under pressure with minimal supervision
  • Strong leadership, organizational, project management, and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities
