The Logistics Coordinator is mainly responsible for monitoring of dispatch and logistics operations, coordinating between the department and third-party logistics providers, and ensuring compliance with all logistics and transportation regulations and safety standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan and coordinate the optimal routing of deliveries to ensure efficiency and timeliness, using the Transportation Management System (TMS).
  • Monitor dispatch and logistics operations, ensuring that all deliveries are executed according to the planned routes and schedules.
  • Extract and analyze data from the TMS to create detailed reports that help in decision-making and process improvements.
  • Act as the liaison between the department and third-party logistics (3PL) providers to ensure seamless coordination and address any operational challenges.
  • Maintain continuous communication with internal stakeholders such as the sales team, warehouse & billing, and management to ensure alignment and effective execution of the logistics strategy.
  • Ensure compliance with all logistics and transportation regulations and safety standards.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred but not required.
  • Experience in logistics or supply chain management is an advantage.
  • Proficient in Transport Management System.
  • Ability to analyze and interpret logistics data.
  • Capable of implementing and overseeing logistics systems to ensure smooth operations.
  • Proficient in managing logistics schedules and compliance.
  • Effective in managing multiple tasks under tight deadlines.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.
  • Familiarity with TMS analytics and reporting.
  • Willing to work onsite in Bagumbayan Taguig from Mondays to Saturdays 8 AM-5 PM.
