Job Responsibilities:

  • Prepare daily reports on transportation cost summary, pick-up time, number of parcels for supervisors or related parties to forecast the demand of transport vehicles support.
  • Support and analyze route planning, traffic flow by region, transportation between branches, and key customer's transportation. To be able to meet the demands and requirements of customers on time.
  • Organize and clarify the route details with the supplier management team.
  • Collect requirements and problems of operations from various departments to improve the transportation strategy to be efficient and cost-effective.
  • Perform other work delivered by the company or superior.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor'(s) Degree in Operations/Logistics/Industrial Engineer or any related course.
  • At least 6 month to 1 year experience in transportation route planning
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel and general MS Office applications.
  • Strong communication skills in English, both written and verbal.
  • Proactive, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple tasks and stakeholders.
  • Amenable to work on site, 6 days: Upper McKinley, Taguig City
