Overview of the Role:
As a Client Services Associate, your role is critical to the mission of connecting the clients with the best experts that fit their case needs. Our client prides itself on its ability to quickly understand its customers' requirements, present them with short- and long-term solutions, and deliver an incredible customer experience at each interaction with every associate on their team.
Responsibilities:
The position focuses on identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, building and maintaining client relationships, and driving revenue growth within the fintech sector. It involves researching markets, developing tailored solutions, and presenting proposals that address client needs. The role requires managing the full sales cycle, from prospecting and lead generation to closing deals and ensuring client satisfaction, while collaborating with internal teams to deliver services effectively. Additionally, it emphasizes meeting sales targets, contributing to business strategy, and maintaining awareness of fintech trends and competitive activity.
Qualifications:
Must have a degree in Legal Studies or Legal Management
2+ years of work experience in customer/client services
Self-starter with ability to work in a fast-paced, highly entrepreneurial environment
Excellent listening, verbal and written communication skills
Highly professional, articulate, personable and great with people
Personal/professional integrity and proven discretion in handling confidential information
• Superior ability to trouble-shoot and resolve issues with diplomacyAbility to understand and communicate scientific and technical information
Excellent critical thinking ability and excellent problem-solving skills
Creativity, adaptability, tenacity, a sense of urgency and a hands-on orientation
Excellent negotiating and analytical skills
• High level of accuracy and attention to detailAbility to work well under pressure and meet stringent deadlines
• Ability to multi-task and prioritizeAbility to respond to high-volume of correspondence
Good work ethic, eagerness to learn, and a "can-do" attitude
Proficient in Salesforce, Microsoft Office
Direct experience with the legal profession is a plus
**Willing to work on US timezone
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Php550.00 per hour
Expected hours: 48 per week
