What You'll Be Doing:

HR Superhero in Action: You'll be the go-to person for handling HR tasks like Payroll, Benefits, and Time & Labor Management with accuracy and efficiency.

Client Champion: Build strong relationships with clients, understand their needs, and provide tailored HR solutions.

Master of Many Skills: Gain expertise in multiple HR functions, expanding your knowledge and becoming a well-rounded HR professional.

Problem-Solver Extraordinaire: Think critically, de-escalate tricky situations, and provide solutions that keep our clients happy.

Lifelong Learner: Take part in continuous training, learning new skills, and growing within the company.

What We're Looking For:

  • Must have a Bachelor's degree (4 years); applicants who are undergraduates or who have only completed a 2-year associate or vocational course need not apply
  • Must have at least 3 years of BPO Customer Service experience (US Voice Account or US hybrid account with voice/calls)
  • Must have technical proficiency, especially in learning and navigating new software
  • Must have strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-focused mindset
  • Detail-oriented team players who take pride in their work.
  • Excellent communicators who can build strong client relationships.
  • Eager learners ready to develop expertise in multiple HR areas. Organized professionals who can juggle multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
