Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Jr. Sous Chef located in Parañaque. The Jr. Sous Chef will be responsible for assisting with daily kitchen operations, preparing and cooking food, supervising kitchen staff, and ensuring the quality and presentation of dishes. The role also includes maintaining kitchen safety and hygiene standards, managing inventory, and collaborating with the head chef to develop new recipes and menus.
Qualifications
- Proficient cooking and food preparation skills
- Experience with supervising kitchen staff and kitchen operations
- Strong knowledge of kitchen safety and hygiene standards
- Innovative recipe and menu development skills
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills
- Ability to work efficiently in a high-pressure environment
- Culinary degree or equivalent experience preferred
- Customer-focused mindset and the ability to maintain high standards of food quality
