Are you ready to be the driving force behind a thriving workplace? We're looking for an HR Manager who is hands-on and strategic, someone who can support our human resources operations from end to end while shaping a positive work culture.

In this role, you will:

  • Lead the recruitment process by screening, testing, and interviewing candidates to find the best fit for our team.
  • Prepare and maintain payroll records, ensuring accurate calculation and timely distribution of salaries.
  • Provide comprehensive orientation for new hires, explaining company policies, benefits, and payroll procedures.
  • Maintain detailed HR records covering hiring, transfers, terminations, job changes, and employee leave tracking.
  • Administer employee benefits and other company programs to support our team's well-being.
  • Document HR actions with accuracy by managing related forms, reports, and logs.
  • Stay current on HR trends and best practices to help us continuously improve.

What we hope you bring:

  • At least 2-3 of related experience in HR or payroll functions.
  • A degree in Psychology or a related field.
  • Great attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
  • A responsible mindset, capable of handling confidential information.

Pay: Php25, Php50,000.00 per month
